Latar belakang bekerja di beberapa perusahaan seperti PT. Berdikari Cita Sejahtera sebuah perusahaan Oil Supplier and General Trading sebagai Sales Respresentative ( 1997 – 1999 );  PT. Pratama Daya Paramaartha sebuah Travel dan Educational Tour sebagai Marketing supv. ( 1999 – 2003 ) ; PT. Mandiri Duta Dinamika (MDD) sebuah perusahaan Garment and Buying Agent sebagai Marketing dan Business Development Manager ( 2003 – 2006 ); PT. Wijaya sebuah perusahaan Manufacturing and Metal Forming sebagai PPIC Manager ( 2006 – 2008 ); PDP Consulting sebuah perusahaan pelatihan dan konsultasi sebagai Business Operational Head ( 2008 – 2011 )

Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan Hukum ( S1 ), dilanjutkan dengan pengembangan SDM ( S2 ), Marketing Public Relations ( Sort Course ) dan beberapa pelatihan yang pernah diikuti yaitu : Leadership Style, Seven Habits, Building Effective Team, Sales, Communication Skills dan Supervisiry Skill menjadi modal yang kuat sebagai seorang Trainer.
